Bowling With LYS #2

Oh my goodness I am so mad at myself because when I uploaded my pictures on here the first time the lighting was really bad on them so I have to take them all off again and start over so here's some more pictures. Actually I'm not going to put any more on here. But let me think.... I got my bible camp form today so I filled them out that was fun thinking about what camp will be like this year. Oh yea and Stephanie I really think that you should come to camp. Flooding I think is down, let me check on that..... yay it's down to 38 feet it's highest level was 40.62 feet. you can see more about the flood here. Well Matt is bugging me to get on the computer so I'll post more later.

Bowling With LYS

Sorry I haven't posted for a couple of days. Yesterday the church youth group went bowling and then we went to Dairy Queen for a quick meeting. Laura V. took pictures for me and when she first got my camera it was on video so I have I video of Briley S. getting a gutter ball. Ha! Ha!

FLOOD WARNING!!!

We have some major floods going on at some places near Oklee, Fargo is like 2 hours away. There is also a lot of flooding in Grand Forks but I don't have pictures of that. These pictures are from Fargo.



This one is how high the flood was at 5:00pm yesterday. Right now its at 40ft.
Mom and I were hoping to go to Grand Forks this next week but we probably won't. You can probably guess why not. Ha!! Ha!! Well more later.

Pizza Kits

My youth Group sold pizza kits for a fund raiser and they to delivered this morning. The kits were supposed to arrive at noon today but for some reason they got here at 10:00 and one of the advantages of being a home schooler is I get to sleep in I got up like 15 minutes before the river dropped them off. He called dad to get directions to our house when he was about ten minuets away and so I called Barb C. and told her that the kits were almost here. Barb drove over here and now we have the pizza kits so those of you who ordered we will be getting you your kits. Oh ya one more thing our Youth Group sold 70 kits. Busy

Today we have been very busy. Mom let us sleep in and that was great, but it also ment a late start. There isn't much exciting going on that I can think of. We got up ate breakfast and did chores and school. One of the advanteges of pulling a muscul is that mom doesn't make me do as much work. Then this afternoon mom and I went into town to take down the signs for a fund raiser that our youth group had been doing and after that we went over to our friends house to pick up our azure standard order that gets delivered to thier house. Well I should be going so more later.

Going to State!!!

Yay!! The RLCC girls Basketball team is going to state!! And they will win!! Because they rock!! Well at least hopefully they will. Today my neck feels much better, and I hope it will keep getting better. I'm in the middle of making rice pudding for breakfast, so I better check it to make sure it's not burning. All the little kids are still sleeping (that's good). And I really have nothing more to say, so today it's a short post. Maybe if there is more news later I will come on and do another post.

Ouch

Today has been kind of boring around the Abrahamson household. Earlier I as downstairs and I stood up and popped my neck you know cu-runch. And there was a weird noise then this sudden pain all down the left side of my body. I could hardly move. About 15 minutes later I decided it hurt bad enough I should probably tell mom about it. So I hobbled upstairs slowly the pain was still there. Mom called dad and dad came up to the house right away. And he felt my neck and apparently I stretched a muscle in my neck. And it still hurts really bad. So I can't really do anything right now except sit because it hurts so bad. But anyways besides that nothing happened today, at least not that I know about. But I should go get ready for Catechism class.
